Delivery is quoted for each order

Every piece we sell is one of a kind, and many are large, fragile, or both. For that reason there is no fixed shipping rate at checkout — you will see Delivery quoted separately when you place your order. We then contact you with the delivery options and the cost before anything is sent, and nothing ships until you have agreed to it.

You are welcome to collect your purchase yourself:

We email you when the piece is ready and agree a time that suits you. Please bring your order confirmation.

Large furniture

Sideboards, cabinets, tables and other large pieces are delivered by arrangement, and within the Stockholm area we can often deliver ourselves. For anything larger than a parcel, contact us before ordering and we will tell you what delivery will involve: info@lingaard.se or +46 82 555 33.

Packing and timing

Smaller items — ceramics, glass, lighting — are packed by hand and normally dispatched within 3–5 working days of the delivery being agreed. Furniture takes longer to arrange; we will give you a realistic date in writing.

Damage in transit

If a piece arrives damaged, keep the packaging, photograph it and contact us within 7 days. We will sort it out with you — repair, replacement where possible, or a full refund including delivery.

Outside Sweden

We ship within the EU. Deliveries within the EU carry no additional customs charges. For destinations outside the EU, write to us first and we will tell you whether we can arrange it.
