Refund policy

Right of withdrawal — 14 days

You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Tell us by email at info@lingaard.se before those 14 days are up, then send the item back within 14 days of telling us.

Condition of returned items

Every piece we sell is vintage and restored by hand, so each one is unique and irreplaceable. Please return it in the condition you received it, packed well enough to survive the journey. If the value of the item has fallen because it was handled more than was needed to establish what it is and how it works, we may deduct that loss from your refund.

Return shipping

You cover the cost of returning the item. Larger pieces of furniture must be arranged with us first — write to info@lingaard.se or call +46 82 555 33 and we will agree on how it is collected.

Your refund

We refund within 14 days of receiving the item back, or of you showing us that you sent it — whichever comes first. The money goes back to the payment method you used. We refund the standard delivery cost you paid; any extra you chose for a faster or special service is not refunded.

Faulty or wrongly described items

Our pieces are old and carry the marks of their age. We describe and photograph that wear honestly, and normal age-related patina is not a fault. If something arrives damaged, or is not what we described, contact us and we will repair, replace or refund it — in that case we pay the return shipping. This does not limit your rights under Swedish consumer law.

Local pickup

Items collected in person at our address are covered by the same 14-day right of withdrawal, counted from the day you collect them.
