What we sell

We sell restored vintage furniture, ceramics, glass and lighting. Every piece is second-hand and exists in a single example. Once a piece is sold it is gone, and we cannot offer you an identical replacement. Age, patina and small marks are part of what these objects are; we describe and photograph them as honestly as we can, and the description on the product page is what you are buying.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Swedish kronor (SEK) and in euro (EUR) for customers in the EU, and include Swedish VAT. Delivery is not included and is quoted separately for each order — see our Shipping Policy. The payment methods available to you are shown at checkout.

Your order

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. If a piece has already sold, or has been listed in error, we will tell you and refund you in full. Electrical items — lamps in particular — are checked and, where needed, rewired to current standards before sale.

Returns

You have 14 days to withdraw from your purchase. The details, including how returns of larger furniture are handled, are set out in our Refund Policy.

If something goes wrong

Write to info@lingaard.se first — most things are settled quickly that way. If we cannot agree, you may take the matter to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN, arn.se), or use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform. We follow ARN's recommendations.

Law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Nothing here limits the rights you have as a consumer under mandatory Swedish or EU law.
